been back reading the whole post and yet one word to describe this thread. the purpose of this topic is for you to be aware of how people think in the government. This is not done to for us to win over something. If kafeel ka nga wrong ang idea sa uban then give yours. If you do not really have something to defend to then wa jud diay ka kagets sa purpose.

The biggest problem is serious corruption. That's the reason why internationals corps don't like to invest here, that's why people consider tax payments as wasted money and that's why criminals are attracted to politics. To break the cycle we need to do one of two things; either crackdown with brutal punishments or press the reset button with a one-time amnesty.

i would go for the reset. I am not a brutal person man gud. Anyways, both are hard to achieve. I hope the president has a better plan though. The country is in a total mess.
