Re. the superstition about not turning over a fish when eating it, from what I learnt in Hong Kong, it came from the fishing people. They think it's bad luck or could bring on a curse kind of thing that could lead to boats capsizing. I don't know if there are other myth about it, but that's what I'd been brought up to know.

arano's cannot be considered fine dining since their ambience isn't sosy man even tho their food is superb

maybe olio, tinderbox and z are mga fine dining restos... havent eaten there pa but the price and ambience shout fine dining man..hehehe
