    Mangayo kog advice mga experts.
    Naglisud jd kog reach sa akong daily protein requirements. Im on a bulking program. Nag lift kog weights and then im 128 lbs so my target daily protein intake is 128g pud as per the "1g of protein per lbs body weight" rule.
    Mao ni akong diet daily : 2 hardboiled eggs 12g, 48 g whey protein, 54 g century tuna (2 cans) +miscellaneous foods sa work like menudo, chicken, or dpende sa menu but i always go for protein rich foods.
    Here are my questions:
    Ok lang ba mag add kog 2nd supplement like casein, amino etc aside sa akong supplement ron na whey protein?
    Sakto ba ako g follow na rule for bulking up which is 1g protein per lbs body weight?
    Unsa pa lain sources of preoteinous foods na ma recommend ninu nga ma afford ra sa budget ug dali ra makaon? D man gud ko kahibaw mu luto. Thanks sa mga mu tubag

    If you can afford Casein, why not! It's proven that casein is much more effective than whey. Even though whey protein is 'fast absorbing', studies have shown no significant difference between casein and whey taken post workout. IMO, 1g/lb is overrated. 0-6/0-8g/lb is enough. If you want to play it safe for optimal gains, go 1g/lb. But i can't show you any studies that 1g/lb is the most optimal for gains. Better safe than sorry rana siya nga logic according to most Bodybuilders

    Ectomorphs in general just dont eat enough. The process of gaining muscle is simple. Eat slightly more than what you burn in a day. How much do we burn in a day? That i dont know. We each have a unique metabolism and there really is no accurate wayto know ones calorie expenditure. Thats where trial and error comes in. Given 2-4 weeks... Not gaining? Eat more.. Still not gaining? EAT MORE!

    Most individuals tend to focus too much on their workouts and forget that nutrition plays a big role in gaining mass.

    I need an advice...

    At 30+, can i still perform splits (front and side) without damage?

    I can perform side splits when I was in high school. I'm trying to perform it again. I just want to know if it is still okay, without making damage to my muscles.

    any advice?

    I noticed mostly about muscle building ang pinag uusapan.i just have a question and i hope somebody can answer me.. Is it safe to continue your workout routine during period? (For ladies of course).
