WHY CEBU IS ALWAYS THE INVESTOR'S FIRST CHOICE

Investors throughout the world are considering the Philippines as a prime area for investment opportunities in the Southeast Asian region. This archipelago claims three different regions: Luzon, home to the country’s capital, Manila; the Visayas, blessed with hospitable Filipinos and breathtaking natural resources; and Mindanao, the undiscovered virgin resource paradise of Asia. With friendly, hardworking labor resources, favorable investment laws, and a variety of industry opportunities, the Philippines is truly ideal for business.
The Visayas, particularly, is a brilliant investment choice. Cebu, the Queen City of the South, is a ready and logical choice for business investments. Among the many reasons to consider Cebu as a place for investment:

Excellent location
Cebu’s location in the center of the Philippine archipelago makes it a natural port of utmost importance, with more than 80% of inter-island shipping capacity based here and even more domestic air and sea linkages than Manila.

Fastest-growing economy
Cebu City has an average growth rate significantly higher than that of the entire nation, and any other province. Cebu leads 78 other provinces in gross assets, equity and total income. Export opportunities abound here. Cebu leads many export industries, including those of furniture, fashion accessories, carageenan, gifts, toys, and houseware.

Quality accommodations
Hotels in Cebu City are known to provide comfortable, cozy accommodations with all the comforts of home at one’s beck and call. Many hotels in Cebu will allow direct reservations made on their official website, providing guests who book online a simple reservation Cebu hotel experience that gives them guaranteed rooms with instant confirmation.

Tourist paradise
Cebu consistently draws the biggest chunk of visitors to the Philippines per year. It is considered the tourist gateway to the Central and Southern Philippines.

Modern and Industrialized
Cebu is fast becoming the I.T. and call center capital of the country.

Safe
Compared to the rest of the country, Cebu is naturally safe, not lying within any earthquake zone or typhoon belt. There are no volcanoes on the island.

Trustworthy people
Cebuanos are independent, self-reliant, and entrepreneurial, a highly educated workforce geared towards non-agricultural lines.

If and when you decide to start business endeavors in Cebu City, play safe and research online. Once you’ve decided, be sure to reserve a nice hotel room, because they go so fast, even during the off-season. Search online and try to find the best deals for you which is often found at the official hotel website – as soon as you can. Book a Cebu hotel room online and start planning for the truly special, enjoyable Cebu vacation you deserve.

Davao - Philippine Eagle Center

It is the largest and most powerful eagle in Asia and one of the largest eagles in the world, the Philippine Eagle!

The Philippine Eagle Center is home to more than 30 Philippine Eagles, 16 of which are captive-bred. It also houses 10 other species of birds, 4 species of mammals and 2 species of reptiles. Simulating a tropical rain forest environment, the Center offers the visitor a glimpse into the country’s forest ecosystem. Although the exhibits are used primarily to help educate the Filipino people on conservation, the facility is also considered a major tourist attraction in Davao City.
