21?? daghana gud, abi nako tog more or less than 5 ra.. hihi
The answer to that is very simple. You get bored with it because you're NOT a guy. This book is actually driven by gender (that is, it's more engaging and you relate more to the character if you're a man), and thus from a guy's perspective, the book is very thought provoking and engaging. Which is why, yes, the "spoiler-ish" question being posted here currently now (i.e. what if the lead character was a woman rather than a man?) is truly a great point of discussion and I personally have a LOT of things to say about this.Originally Posted by Galadriel

. I read robert ludlum books, erle stanley gardner books and such books are NOT for females as you may say, but I do enjoy reading it.

It's not about being anti-feministic, it's about being a realist. I mean, you can't relate as to why Neville would constantly churn and turn and grate his teeth, craving every night, thinking of those vampire women in the peephole, can you? I haven't had *** in three years...I can relate to Neville. See the difference now? So stop thinking I'm being a feminist, I'm merely expressing an aspect of a male characteristic that women cannot possibly relate to, simply because they are not male.Originally Posted by Galadriel
I mean just imagine, if it was a female character, say, "Roberta Neville" staring at that peephole, and some naked hunk vampire guy was dancing out there on her lawn, you'd probably just laugh about it. LOL I sincerely believe that:
a) If Neville was female or
b) If he only knew how to masturbate,
then over HALF of the problems in the beginning of the book will be no big deal, and that the character we'd be seeing would be more levelheaded and more stable.
