so wats the news on the transfer of students sa benedicto? tanan students jud ang nabalhin? ang ako lang jud ask is wat level na man sila, especially if nursing ang course.

I think if Nerry & Paulus admitted in the first place "illegal" ilaha college then the parents would have transferred sa-una pa, even before the sh*t really hit the fan.. unfortunately, for absurd reasons, which I can only speculate, Nerry, Paulus, & their ilk, made the parents & students fall into a false sense of security by telling them, time & again, lies about the validity of the school & its curriculum..

you can't blame the parents because they did it in good faith, it was done for the future of their children in mind.. they were victims of unscrupulousness & malice, by nerry & her ilk, to steal, manipulate & trick these gullible & naive people of their time & hard-earned money.. it was just an act of pure evil from the start.. there was no intention to help at all.. cause if nerry really wanted to help, she would have had Paulus account for the funds in the first place & not help allocate another venue to continue the college.. she prolonged this issue by helping Paulus out.. makes you wonder why she would stick her neck out for a thief & liar like paulus.. birds of the same feather? basin naka bahin siya sa kinawat ni paulus?!

Nerry is the primary reason to blame for this faisco! she was so vocal in the media about the validity of the college & its curriculum before.. why is she so silent about the recent events happening in the college.. you don't even hear a peep from the media nowadays about the status of the college.. why is there nothing in the news about the plight of these students?..

i pray to God na the voters of mandaue will be wise enough this election time.. or else we might end up like the students & their parents.. is this the kind of person you want to be mayor of Mandaue this coming election..

the responsibility of paulus in this whole mess is a given. at some point in my readings about the issue i have read that this matter has reached the court and despite the court's decision, paulus continues to hold on to his power and continue to let people believe that he is over and above the law..at one point the ombudsman already asked paulus to present a report of how he managed the MCC in all aspects, financial, academic, etc...even the civil service commission questioned the hiring of personnel in the absence of plantilla positions...cong nery although subtle has her hand in the whole mess because she continues to provide scholarship to students that enroll at the MCC run by paulus..and for sure she will make MCC a source for votes generation...syempre, the more scholars, the more votes. The MCC will be her platform for education...

i understand that parents are victims, but for parents who fight it out even in the media, just like yesterday, then how do we call this? brainwashed? if it is your children's future that is at stake, will politics weigh more than that future you worked hard for? it could be in good faith why they enrolled their children in MCC run by paulus, but the "legal twists and turns" of the issue which has run for almost four years now must have awaken them already just like the other parents...but if parents take the cudgels of paulus and the so called IRO in fighting it out, will they still be considered victims? the vicitms are their children....

in all these, i made researches comparing MCC with other LGU run colleges like the talisay city college, cordova public college and even the madridejos community college. a glaring difference is that, only MCC offered the nursing course, the masteral and the doctoral. only MCC wanted to have the mayor only as a member of the board and not the chairman (although i learned this is allowed), only MCC among the other LGU run colleges did not acknowledge the authority of CHED and instead gave importance to ALCU ( which by the way is just an organization and not a government regulating body or instrumentality) a clear violation of RA 7722....

but the callous attempts of the IrO ... particularly MISREP and "pilay ako" carlo ... in interfering with the moves of the mayor to put closure to the issue ... for political purposes ... is to me the height of their IRRESPONSIBILITY ... !!!

i agree bro.. i would love to hear what CHED has to say about this.. i would also like to hear what bullsh*t nerry comes up with this time around.. sad to say no one in the media is making a fuss about it, it's like they want to keep the whole mess hush-hush, so it would just die a "natural death" so to speak.. naa jud nabayran ani.. ang luoy jud ang mga students & their parents.. i just hope someone in the media would make this issue known nationwide.. unfortunately, i think naa sa payroll ang mga higher-ups sa media mao na wa jud ni mapadako ang issue.. so sad lang to know lang.. i concur reclamador.. unscrupulous & brazen disregard for the welfare of those students & their parents.. an act of pure evil jud ni.. nothing more.. it's people like these, IrO, who just want to get rich at the expense of anyone these are the ones I want to see " burned at the stake" (I can hope, can't I?!).. these are the ones responsible for holding back the progress of mandaue for too long.. & they are now the ones who have banded together to run for office next election! WTF?!! What gall!!!

I hope makamata na intawn mo mga mandauehanons.. vote wisely para maka padayonna paglambo sa Mandaue!
