So Chase Manhattan or HSBC are mandated by disclosure rules to tell their shareholders.... because they lost the GOLD.... and lost money in the insurance.... and i bet the insurance company is bankrupt.... Billions of GOLD lost..... so they have to pay billions also as insurance......

But on Sept 11, 2001, NORAD and the FAA ignored routine procedures and strict regulations.
