tawn makaingon ko useless akong previous jobs sa mepza. they are abusing young profesionals there.

im trying to catch up on those years nga wala huy nisulod sa akong savings.

naa lang koy na notice, this thread has 11k viewers and about 300+ lang ang micomment. im sure daghan nato cebuano ang nakarealize ug nimata after reading this thread. thankful ko naa ni.

usa ra gyud aq ikaambag diri, istoryans, think first before mg create mog liwat. it costs 5million to raise a single child. gikan sa pagpangnak hantud siya maindependent. having a child is also an investment, but your dreams will likely to end there kung apil ka sa lowly paid sector parehas nako.

lisud pud ipangita ug babayi na haciendera karong panahuna, kung mgminyu man gani ta, kanang pares pud nga who will not pull us down. pakasli ang anak ni jolibee

500 kada salary or 1,000 ba kaha, syaro after 40years nimo ug tigum dili na modako.
Ang importante lang is to be consistent gyud, and disciplina to save and dili pataka ug release ug money basta dili essential.

Maningkamot ka more on to save.

Bisan ang consistent nga 500 pesos, bisan dili nimo i invest. Basta consistent lang ka hatag ug 500 pesos kada sueldo to save is already.

240,000 in 40 years. hehe.. tinamban lang and yeah impractical nga dili i invest. But speaking straightforwardly.

Cguro tihik is equal to "wise spender" which is mas positive paminawon.

maybe dili na ma google bro, it was an estimate calculation done by a review center professor sa engg. dako kaayug sagpa sa among nawng tong panahuna, we never thought it was real. that was based year 2007. i believe naa siyay increment na 5-10% yearly.

to make it easier, you can go backward from the day you earn your 1st salary hangtud sa pag anak sa imuha. kwenta tanan gasto sa needs, food, cloths and everything. its likely to fall 5M. that means your parents had invested on you. ROI? what you are today

mapa dako or gamay sweldo....... pwede man gyud maka save.......... ang mostly e rason sa gamay sweldo..... lisod kaau ui..... gamay kaau ako sweldo....... " pero maski gamay na nga amount pwede man ka maka save...." maski 500 -1000/month.... then how come.... motaya mag lotto? manigarilyo.... nya maka pang libre pag inom?.... then sa mga dakog sweldo.... daghan kaayo mga dagko na sweldo pero walay savings.... reason..... kay ni dako ila sweldo, nidako sad ilang expenditures.... palit dayun car.., appliances, trips sa ubang places sa pinas or other countries sa asia..... daghan nahitabo ing ana..... mas dako gyud unta advantage nga dako ang ma save sa kato mga dakog sweldo...... pero asa naman ? instant gratification....... not good for you
