Who cares?

Who will believe the COMELEC now? It supposed to be a referee, it is biased. Would you ever have faith in elections from now on?

Who will believe the DOJ? This institution is supposed to uphold the law and justice, instead it is engaged in cover up.

Who will believe NBI? It is tasked to investigate crimes. Instead it is engaged in harassing the witnesses and worse kidnap them.

Who will believe the military. It supposed to protect the safety of the people. Instead, it is involve in massive election cheating in Mindanao as evidenced by the tape.

Last but not the least, who will believe in the President anymore? She is supposed to be the number good follower of the law. Instead, she is personally involved in influencing or determining the results of the elections. That is so shameful. Who will believe her anymore. She might be reigning but she is not governing.

The entire government institutions are damaged. It needs an overhaul.

The different heads of the these government should realized that they do not owe any utang na loob to a particular person. They should owe allegiance to the people who are the real sovereign under the Constitution.

Garci was not a former Comelec official at that time. Gi-appoint ni GMA before ga sugod ang election. What's her business talking to a comelec official?

was that a cellphone conversation? if it is, i was only relating what they said about lacson's acquired device or it could be possbile that it was indeed lacson's device. remember, that they purchased it for supposedly "intelligence" purposes.

nevertheless, that was GMA's impropriety. regardless of the guy was a former or a present comelec official. the thing is the tape, how it was acquired and the conversation itself is not enough to pin her down. that is the reason why people backing the tape does not want to fight in the proper venue instead they want to fight it through propaganda.

the bad thing about our government is that crucial positions such as comelec, justices, etc. are presidential appointees. then that is not GMA's fault but the systems. of course they will have utang na loob to those who appointed them. so it won't really come out as a surprise why GMA & Garci were talking. just like narvasa & erap.

anyhow, if they really can't impeach or prosecute her then they should shut up and not stir confusion to the entire nation. it's that simple!

Pro GMA attack dogs wants to dismiss the whole thing technically. They rhapsodized about admissibility in the courts, due process, blah blah blah. Your GMA was given the chance to talk or to confirm about the tape, SHE WILL NOT ANSWER.

Silence means yes. We should not shut up. This is an indication that GMA has no defense. She wants people to keep silent. She should know. There are already two Presidents booted out by the people without going to the courts. In the end, the supreme judge is the people, not the courts and not the sipsip DOJ, NBI and Congress.

let's face reality, to the politicians they are only heard during elections but in rallies and protests the voice of 1 religious or 1 businessman is heard over 10 people from the masa sector. that's a sad fact. moreover, even the masa is not united so they are not solid even if they are the biggest sector.
