    nagread ko sa simplyshredded.com grabeha sa information. mo try ko HIIT sa stationary bike. one of this days. nindot kaayo info. problem lang jud ang food intake grabe ka strict. some nakuha nako.

    Sorry but i would have to disagree with this.. Nutrition is different from exercise.. True that you would have to change your routine every once in a while to confuse your muscles.. But I think healthy eating should remain consistent

    @lestat1116 i advice putting carb's to your diet. No matter how healthy you eat yet your caloric intake is lacking.. You won't gain. Make sure you're eating enough. You don't have to count calories. You just gotta eat ALOT! Carb's is never a bad thing. Don't eat Carbs at night? MYTH!!! 30-50g of carbs per meal is good enough as long as they are from the right sources(fruits,veges,oats) If you want to eat rice... eat brown rice.. They have minimal effect on blood sugar level which is a good thing

    wheat bread if naa if wala plain bread. but i dont eat rice jud. as much as possible i dont eat rice. before 6 diet is effective para nako. pero usahay late nako maka dinner.

    There is nothing wrong with eating after 6 X.x... Plain bread = white rice. almost the same thing!

    was trying to say na iya japun na e change. remember too much diet kay resulta ana e save na ang mga intake nimo for survival, kay nakibaw na gamay ra ang intake.

    mao ng ang uban ga carb cycle, 3 days diet, on the 4th day dili diet.

    yup, padayon ra japun ang pagkaon ug healthy. minimize ra, forgot to specify though na no to unhealthy foods japun.

    I agree with this... Dapat you know gyud when to eat low glycemic carbs or complex carbs like brown rice, whole wheat bread and etc and when to eat high glycemic carbs or simple carbs... But mostly basta diets naka focus more nuon sa mga low glycemic...


    And may I add, to shred fat and gain muscle mass, you'll also need intake from fats like fish oil found in fish or capsules and also monosaturated fats and polysaturated fats... So diet consists basically sa carb, protein and fat... Dapat ul know lng gyud pila imo i-intake per day ana, naa manay percentage depende sa imo cycle of d day but lowest jud na sa tulo ang fat...

    @spellbinder salamat sa site imo gihatag. daghan kaayo ko nakatuanan dd2. kato video ni milos sarcev. about bicep, tricep and abs training. mo basa pa ko about back chest shoulders. gamit kaayo ang L carnitine pud.
