how bout to those very dissatisfied globe subscriber inluding me,himo ta complaint or whatever ad2 sa NTC..hehe..or kinsa man na agency dapat duolan ana..hehe..we are paying the exact price yet they are giving us this much service..if only it is possible..hehe..

i think if you present them with evidence like slow speeds or frequent disconnections then there is no need for a termination fee....

i can have this printed and shown to globe... but they have fixed it so i don't need to comnplain to them anymore
