Mayor Tom has decided not to push through with his demand for Capitol to return a portion of the Cebu South Bus Terminal lot...

And he said:

actually nagstart jud na tanan atong landswap deal..gibawi ni gwen ang ilang nasabutan nila ni Osmeña mao tong wa nipirma si Mayor for the Ciudad..and everything follows na..so ang start jud of this thigs kai ang landswap deal..or basin di jud nila feel ang usag-usa even from the start..even before the landswap deal..basin nagplinastik ra ato sila..wa ta kybaw..ewan ko sa kanila..

Actually it started to turn sour after the proposal to swap properties between the city and province failed to take off...

then it followed, Tom had opposed the CUIDAD project.. the reason?..it will cause traffic on banilad area daw...

but Tom's act was considered by many as an act of retaliation...

get CITOM to think of a solution to cebu's traffic issues? C'mon. gidak-an diay mo sa atong mga dalan dha? everyday, a cebuano buys a vehicle,or market one.

I know i might sound selfish, but i favor this move if this is possible. why? development. if we get more routes and more people to converge in that place (SRP), it would mean more investments. more people = establishments. that if you get my drift.

para nako mas maayo hinuon ibalhin sa SRP para magamit na ang SRP. plus mas accessible ang SRP for both the city and going south, mas mapadali ang byahe kay mas lapad and SRP compared sa national road. it would also be a big help sa traffic conditions labi na kay nagtapad ang SBT ug ang citilink. provided that they will give ample routes for the jeepneys padung sa SRP, maski kutob lang kung asa ibutang ang SBT para di maglisod ang mga pasahero.

i hope di na pud ni nila apilan ug politika ug mga pangbata nga mga away

it's okay to make those changes as long as maka benefit jud ang public ana. About the SBT, the SRP is a better place of transfer though, so that d napud kaau gubot did2 dapita na. But involving the projects with their petty fights or watsoever, pareha atong sa lahug... ayaw nalang pud.
