@koibito : Wala pa ko kasuway og palit aning imong giingon nga Cheese Sticks. Most probably, if we use commercially branded cheese like Eden or Magnolia, dili ta ani kabaligya og P6 per stick.

Sa tan-aw sad nako, mao man siguro nang recipe ni Mama Galadriel, kanang "Cheese Sticks the Easy Way". Naa lang na'y lumpia wrapper. Sabagay, murag mo-melt man ang cheese no kung i-deep fry?

Basig Kesong Puti na ilang gigamit maong barato ra kaayo ang baligya.
I once was able to watch Henny Sison (A Taste of Life) at TV-13 doing a kesong puti recipe. Pagka-extract nila sa Kesong Puti mismo, ilang gi-slice og ginagmay like 'finger sticks' dayon gi-fry. Mao ra to. Basig mao ni imong gipangita.

The sad thing was, i was not able to get the recipe kay dapit na sa katapusan akong nakit-an. Toink!

This is also why i onced asked a kesong puti recipe here.

I guess what koibito is looking for is a cheese stick delicasi from camiguin. It is wraped by clear plastic mura ug yellow man cguro ang color. Base on my taste, cheese stick is made of flour, sugar, cheese and egg.

    1 pkg. bread sticks
    Bacon
    Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Wrap bread sticks in bacon strip and roll in cheese. Place on paper towel and microwave until bacon is done. Serve warm.

CHEESE NIBBLES ON A STICKÂ* Â*

Low fat cheese (i.e. part skim Mozzarella)
    Pretzel sticks

Cut cheese into 1" cubes. Push pretzel stick into each cube.

    CHEESE STICKSÂ* Â*

    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    2 c. sifted flour
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    Worcestershire to taste

Cream butter until fluffy - add flour, shredded cheese and seasonings. Shape into small sticks or balls and press lightly with the tines of a fork. Bake on a greased pan at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
These are so delicious! Mamita, my Mom's mother, and just about my favorite person in the whole world, is also a superb cook. She served these at her famous card parties along with cocktails, and everybody loved them; they are just as good with a glass of milk!! -- Lydia Colcombe

    CHEESE STICKSÂ* Â*

    6 slices white bread
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cut crusts from bread. Cut slices into four fingers each. Spread cheese on a plate or platter. Melt butter in a skillet. Dip each bread finger quickly into the butter. Roll in the grated cheese. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 250 degree oven until golden brown (45-60 minutes). Makes 24 sticks.

    CHEESE STICKSÂ* Â*

Mozzarella cheese, sliced to the thickness you'd like, but not too thin or they will melt too fast!
    Italian flavored bread crumbs
Frying pan with enough oil in it to cover the sticks
    2-3 eggs
    Little milk

Heat the oil until it "crackles" when you throw a dash of bread crumbs in.
In a bowl combine the 2 eggs and maybe a little less than 1/4 cup milk. Soak the cheese in the mixture. Roll the wet cheese in a bowl full of bread crumbs. You may have to use your hands and pack it on! It may help to put it BACK into the mixture then BACK into the crumbs because they usually don't stick! Cover as much as you can as thick as you can.

Place 2-3 sticks (breaded) in the oil and fry until they're golden brown all over. Move quickly (turning every 20-30 seconds) or they'll melt.
