    and yes, pwede ra gamay imong carbs basta taas imong prot. Positive nitrogen balance is the whole purpose of eating protein

    actually i am diagnosed nga naa koy acute gastritis..and okay ra man xa kay ang bawal sa ako.a kay fatty and citrus food..kaso dli ko pde pa gutom and dli ko pabusog..

    skinny fat ko..tubigon og lawas nga gamayon..ako kay nag exercise ko 3 times a week..tapos mag whey protein..unsa deay ako buhaton para dli kalas akong pag alsa2? akong goal kay madugangan akong muscle lang jd..i want to get stronger..pero naa lang jd koy sakit sa pagkakaron..pero alsa ghapon ko T_T

    Pero since skinny fat ko..ako jd main goal jd kay mkakita sa akong muscle..gnhan ko mo lower jd ang akong body fat bhalag skinnny na kaayo ko tan awon..if high protein intake tapos low carbs..do u think mo low akong body fat ana?

    unsa may good quality protein aside sa supplement? .. naga inom ko ug serious mass karon so far ni gain ko ug weight ug ni bulky ko gamay ron, following sa program ni arnold's blueprint after 1 month nakita naku nga ni bulky ko gamay.. 2 months program ni xa, .i just add 20 mins cardio before mo alsa and 20 mins cardio after alsa

    ako pangutana after ani nga program should i go back to the first cycle sa iya program or mangita ko lain program para ma shock akong muscle dili mo kobol..

    another pangutana, recommended nga workout time is 40 mins, apil naba ang pag abs ug pag cardio ana or just the weight training alone ra ang pasabot anang 40 mins?

    di paku suheto aning body building but research lang ko gamay para mas inform ko kaysa mo follow sa mga advice sa gym nga kaon maayo para mo daku, . ang tinood diay daku ug tiyan.. no definition sa ila muscle they look fat, .naa pa jud na sila advice nga di importante ang tiyan kay madala ra ug hiyak.. ang importante daku ug arms..

    best way i guess is to research what program fits sa imo type nga body.. dili tanan program works for you..

    @xeno TS boss, allow me to share my thoughts on this matter...

    ang serious mass comprised mainly or abundant of "whey protein concentrate" whey protein alone is not that "quality" protein, as it is a by-product of milk/cheese! by-product ha!? although it was claimed to have a higher BV (biological value, meaning mas daghan ma absorb sa imogn lawas) lalisunon gihapon iyang processing ug purity ana,like sagulan ba ug starch sa uban and etc. its very hard to tell not unless naa ka independent nga laboratory mu test ana.

    anyway, egg whites, fish, grass-fed beef, and wild chicken (manok bisaya) are good quality sources of protein man pud. its very hard to find these days a really quality protein kay mostly sa foods karon kay mga processed/ manufactured na including ang mga feeds nga ilang gipang kaon.

    with regards to your workout routine, it is best nga you will try it yourself and see the results...what might work for ARNOLD, might not work for you...

    the answer lies within...

    do you have any advise namo who just starting up sa bodybuilding? what i want sa ako body is cut nga bulky, pwede bana hehe

    40mins? recommended time? again, it is very very different for everyone. naa uban na will achieve results from shorter workouts, akua if i have time lang gyud. usually mu last cya 1hr and more kay lifting time for me somehow is meditative time for me man pud gud, reflection time, alignment of body, mind and soul, i want to immerse and find myself in training...hahaha.nagkalayu nata...anyway, for me, maglisud ko squeeze in time if 40mins lang including cardio and abs...

    FYI, i don't do cardio diay...i incorporate cardio in my lifting... shorter rest periods already means cardio for me...(example 100 rep squats, makiglalis gyud ko ani anyone in this thread, if dili pani form of cardio!haha)

    abs, are made in the kitchen so abs is a combination of SMART dieting and SMART training (again this varies from individual to individual)

    best straightforward advise lang if starting bodybuilding, MAKE yourself stronger lang gyud...strong on the main lifts like, overhead pressing or bench, squat, and the deadlift...one way to achieve this is to eat a lot!sorry, but i just have to say...forget first about ABS not unless naa naka ana daan. That's why old bodybuilders tell you to eat a lot gyud...dili mana sayop ilang advise, there is somehow a little truth behind those advises...ang choices lagn gyud siguro sa imong food will matter...

    mailhan man siguro ang lawas sa nag-alsa nya dakug kaon kaysa daku lang ug kaon nya walay alsa2x...hehehe.

    OT: sa picture rana daku, in person dili gani ka maka ingun nag-alsa ko...bodybuilding is somehow an illusion...

    ^^^paminaw mos tambag ning fred kay practical advises ni...same goes with the TS xeno...patience lang jud, a $hitload of it kay you will fail more when you start, especially sa nutrition part, sayon ra na ang training... lingaw ug mka adik even ang non competitive bodybuilding... even when you have switched and concentrated your focus to another sport mka damgo ghapon ka na ga alsa hahaha
    @Fred balik lagi ko alsa fred... ni samot na pangatol ako lawas mka gunit puthaw!! hapit na jud lol
