ang serious mass comprised mainly or abundant of "whey protein concentrate" whey protein alone is not that "quality" protein, as it is a by-product of milk/cheese! by-product ha!? although it was claimed to have a higher BV (biological value, meaning mas daghan ma absorb sa imogn lawas) lalisunon gihapon iyang processing ug purity ana,like sagulan ba ug starch sa uban and etc. its very hard to tell not unless naa ka independent nga laboratory mu test ana.
anyway, egg whites, fish, grass-fed beef, and wild chicken (manok bisaya) are good quality sources of protein man pud. its very hard to find these days a really quality protein kay mostly sa foods karon kay mga processed/ manufactured na including ang mga feeds nga ilang gipang kaon.
with regards to your workout routine, it is best nga you will try it yourself and see the results...what might work for ARNOLD, might not work for you...
