    sir freds quadriceps are inspiring - i need to squat more =(. but i'll try to give it a go with these "calfsies" no not a selfie. a calfsie. hahaha. my favorite day is leg day followed by back day.



    41 cm calves. i believe i was a horse in a past life.


    smith machine deficit calf raises. 6x21 - 2x a week

    7 inside

    yeah! that's exactly how u should be feeling. strength gains. doing good then. you're exactly right. u won't notice the "visual" size difference for 4-8 weeks. but you'll "feel" the strength gains right away.


    i'm doing okay. was in tacloban for about a week. nothing new hence the lack of pics/updates. just getting bigger. hit my 8th week of clean bulking yesterday. started my 9th today.

    thx i'll trade u half my calves for half ur traps. haha

    "bakaL" (kilid2x nga gym as what @Cyrenz calls it.haha) gym lang na dapit sa amua. tag20php ang session. im running short pud on my calves, rather "puppies"hahahaa. if you were a horse, i guess i was an "ANT" in my past life!hahahahahaha.

    anyway, just keep pushing! samot mu gamay if dili nato tirahan ang weakness nato diba?

    just not to confuse everyone, in my experience, strength gains does not automatically translate to size gain. Strength is a skill...and you have to train for that particular motor unit, example..squats... a lot of smaller guys can squat or dead 3x their body weight compared to bodybuilding guys... sadly, tapulan manku usahay...sometimes, mu train lng ko usahay for the "PUMP".hehehe


    anyway, na change na akong favorite day ron...it used to be leg day...karon.... CHEAT DAY NA! i love cheat day! lami cya himoun nga everyday!hahahaah

    your traps look good though. at least in my opinion.

    my workout isn't anything special. i do a 3 day split because of my schedule. i don't like spending more than 2 hours at the gym so i do each day 2x a week. after the 3rd day i take a rest day.

    3 day split

    day 1 - pull
    day 2 - push
    day 3 - legs / shoulders

    the majority of my exercises are compound lifts besides the big 3.
