Let me be clear, I am not doubting that there will be a large mall that's gonna be built in the SRP lot. What I won't buy into is that it will approach the size of MOA. Unless people from the rest of the Visayas and Northern Mindanao figure out a way reach cebu cheaply, it will not be quite feasible. Will the entire Cebu market support such a size? Count me in if a REAL IMAX cinema that is going to be built there though.

ok ra man bay..I have been to MOA and dako jud siya pero di man jud as in nga dako jud kaayo..malibot raman...and base sa ako nabasa nga article it will be smaller to MOA pero if MOA ang basihan mas dako jud diay ni sa SM City Cebu

guys please dont rush SM wont take long to build a gigantic mall in SRP.. they are just fixing everything before they will start constructing the mall.. if noticed, wala pa mahuman ang Flyover sa mambaling wapa sad mahuman, ang Terminal Mambaling side pls wait...
