Salem's Lot, the original movie starring David Soul
Imagine being a kid watching the movie alone. When the scene came wherein a kid trying to open a coffin.... I closed my eyes waiting for the music to blare but I made the mistake of opening it just before it happened... the coffin opened and a close-up of Nosferatu suddenly shown on the screen!
In 1 scene David Soul's character recited the Bible passage "the Lord is my shepherd..." in a morgue while an undead was about to rise.... it gave him courage and strength to eventually kil lthe fresh vampire. That's why I recite the passage whenever I'm afraid.
