off course because I have basis.
In this discussion its your duty to give your side and proof.
To accept a tradition or belief it must be supported by proof or evidence.
If not then it will be a supertition, myth or fable.

The way your statement shows, do we need to follow doctrines which is not in the bible or obtain information that is not in the bible in terms of Faith?
If yes then its not a doctrine or sanction or authorized by Christ.
If no then you should accept what is written and what God wants.

    Peace!

kay para nako..we have to go with technology...atong i relate ang message sa Bbible sa modern time...kay if mag sige pata ug quote sa mga verses unya atong i-aply sa kinara-an nga paagi..wala ng gyuy mutu-o....mao na nahitabo sa imung mga pag post sa verses...if imu pana i-relate to actual and realistic time karon..maybe dagahn mag agree...

You've posted this, tell me my friend what are the things that is old and what are the words of God that can't be related in this time. SO you mean that the bible is not realistic in time.

That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past. Ecclesiastes 3:15.

And....Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Matthew 28:20.

The word of God will be until the end of the world.

    Peace!

Here's some becaus it's a long list my friend:
God want us to be thankful.
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
    Colossians 3:15.

Then we offer Him Sings during Thanksgiving:
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Psalms 100:1-2.

We give according to the purpose:
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7.

We don't kneel on Idols or Rebulto:
Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, Deuteronomy 5:8-9.

We don't pray the rosary or repitition:
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Matthew 6:7.

We don't call our leader as father:
And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Matthew 23:9.

We don't pay the doctrines of Christ, baptism, marriage:
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. Matthew 10:8.

We don't believed in Purgatory nor Limbo because it can't be found in the bible.
We don't believed that our Church is where God dwells.

God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; Acts 17:24.

OUr ministers labor for their own food:
Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me. I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. Acts 20:34-35.

ANd we monitor and we attend our assembly:
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:25.

    We don't baptize children.

    Peace!

Through the Help of God yes.
Its been written in the bible that the Church is the people. 1 Corinthians 12:28. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

The letters of Apostles is for the entire Church and Christians. Romans 1:16. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

And even Apostle Peter have acknowledge the writtings of Paul.
And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. 2 Peter 3:15-16.

Did I conclude or did i just read the verse?
It seems you're the one who concluded.

    Peace!

unya unsa man connection ani sa ako pangutana nimo? What do you mean by your yes? How did you study it? Unsa man imo basis? Ang letter ni Peter para kang kinsa man diay?

I'm not concluding, it's based on historical background!
