OBLIGATION-there's a certain task and u are BOUND to do it. U are not given choices whether to follow it or not, rather, YOU SHOULD DO IT.

Ex. Responsibilty would be to pay ur bills on time..
Obligation would be to attend a family event or do a favor for a friend.
