ang pinakalisod jud nako nga interview sa convergys kay "IF I AM A BLIND PERSON SINCE BIRTH, HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE TO ME THE COLOR BLUE... wala ko katingog,,. nangayo ug 2 minutes then ambot unsa ako gitubag ato.. puros man to bakak pero nadawat japon.. hahaha

If an employer gave me a certain situation and asked me to answer it well... morag maratol jud q ani kay liman ka tgaan kag case/situation labi na when ur applying in a call center company or BPO industries. huhuhuhu....

usually ana na stuation, more on customer complaints. kondi, u will be asked to SELL their products based on how u carry your answer and how you delivered your communication skills... kalagot.

Thanks for sharing this! these are really important questions asked in an interview. I remember my time when I was being interviewed, I was always nervous and all and never gave the right answer to impress my interviewer. Then when I applied on a job that I really liked, based on the feedback I got from the interview - I had the confidence and knowledge needed for the job. Its because I really did want the job and really enjoy how that job works. It was a position in a distribution company and I will be mostly assigned to field work which I really enjoy because I get to meet different people most of the time.

Nowadays, the company encourages the HR dept to cheeck facebook entries and tweets. They have certain permissions to view your profile even if naka lock for viewing to friends. So be careful as they also ask questions regarding your shout outs/tweets.

bitaw sa, common na au ang mga social networking for the HR's to check.. hehe so careful mo sa inyo mga post ddto, they also do background checks on your account if who the hell u really are.. hehe
