Of course it is not the CSU , if it were them then it would just be a comparable thing to the Ceres bus liners that hits and run then being booked for recklessness and then couple days later our out in the streets again driving recklessly .
Just like the vigilantes , if they act like the police and book the criminals , they would only be in jail for a short time and still get out and do their thing , might as well shut them down for good .
