Assuming again that the total saleable area is 2,010,658 square meters and the selling price is at P25,000 per square meter, then the possible gross income of the project will amount to over P50 billion.

If the selling schedule is properly programmed, then the selling price could go beyond P35,000 per square meter.

It is unfortunate that politicians are putting down the SRP when, in fact, the citizens of Cebu City are the legitimate owners of the reclamation project.

i won't blame mayor osmeña for doing such things..in the first place, it was garcia who started it all.. but honestly though, they're both goverment officials, people in position who should serve the people in the best way that they can..but look at them, they're trying to get even with each other, getting lots and so on and so forth..it doesn't matter if the provimce or the city owns those lots, the important thing is that it benefiten us, the Cebuanos..they should first think of everyone's common good, not just for the people in the city or the people under the CApitol..first things first..everyone's benefit should be taken into account..

i just hope that one of them would go down from there pride..they should remember what's the reason why they are in office..SERVICE as we call it..
