It'a always like that. not the money that counts but your passion and love for your job. what good is the pay if you dont like your job. xlibris, to be fair, is okay. that depends on the employee on how he or she would connect himself to the company where he is in...

sometimes... you learn to love something... if you have a choice to what job you want to take, you're one of the privileged ones but for average people like me, i take what i can get...

if your from cebu and down south, they have vans that you can take a ride with for free... they usually meet up at caltex mango...

ahhh,mao ba? wa sad ko kahibaw ana...anyway,didn't pursue my application after I passed the first few tests/interviews

naka apply pod ko sa xlibris sa una 2005 pa nuon to. mao ni ako experience.

3 sets of exam to, napasar nako tanan. then 3 pod ka interview, ang una pag buntag, kapasar daw ko, 2nd interview pag hapon, gipahulat ko sa result for 2 hours then ok daw, balik na pod daw ko pagka gabii for final interview apil na ang practical exam na napasar nako. ila nako gisultian pila ako ma sweldo, na night shift daw ko. ang last gisulti sa akoa " see you soon."

kaluoy sa Ginoo, gi teksan ko nila gamit ang chikka after 2 years since last interview nako. heheheh.
