    mura ug naa jud ni xay pre requesite ning insanity workout, kay naay mga routine nga maka cause jud ug injury, IMHO not suited ni xa as a startup workout sa mga obese.kay basin mangapiang ang tuhod ani

    i suggest nga mu consult usa ka sa doctor before trying insanity work out kay dili na sya compatible sa tanan kay grabi ka intense na nga exercise ug naa kay sakit like hubak or sakit sa kasing kasing consulta sa jud kay lisod na....

    UPDATE:

    hapit nako mahuman 4th week.. this saturday human nako sa first month.. nisuway kog tan-aw sa video first day sa month 2..

    hahha.. ningisi nalang ko sa akong nakit-an.. haha..
