the case is very simple. wiretapped conversations is inadmissible in court so technically let's say the tape is really authentic, what it their legal case? if GMA won't resign even with the existence of that tape how will they make her? through people power again with the aid of propaganda to let the masa lose their confidence in the incumbet president and with the opposition leading it? they should think again...
