    9200p ako dsl modem bai, way sipyat in a day naa gyud disconnection(s) way sipyat sige lang ko pa reset until now.

    simple lang ang solution if dili na ka satisfied sa service sa globe/innove, pa-disconnect and switch to the provider, if there is any, that you think would provide you a better service.

    as such, i am asking people on the forums on what points of discussion should be indicated on the complaint form to be submitted to the dti. if you have any suggestions, please send it to me as a message and not as a thread so we can keep this thread on the real topic, globe itself. i am requesting the messages be sent to my mailbox because the topic involves all dsl providers since the complaint is in general form and not just directed at globe telecom.

    free..so total sa wire na nagamit mga 650 more or less naa man gud system loss ana
    the more nga taas ang wire na nagamit the more sad ang system loss.ang imo line is busines line?
    dapat naa ka CIR ana pero kng residential wla jud.

    Sakto! Why suffer through all the inconveniences di ba? If ever I find better service and speed than Globe then I'll gladly switch

    unfortunately, IMO, globe is still better than pldt.

    re: prolink router...

    the past two or three weeks sigi jud ka disconnect... nagpailis ko lain router (same model 9200p) but still experienced disconnections... called globe yesterday, i-transfer daw ang port nako... so far today, its the longest time nga wala naputol.. ako nalang gi reset kay hinay kaayo ang response time sa gi ping nako nga ip address.

    ang na notice nako ani nga router kay even though wala na sya ip address sa WAN, nag siga lang gihapon ang internet nga led.
    so i think, nakababad lang gihapon ang linya...

    kinsay naka setup na diha nga mo-reconnect sya kung maputol na ang PPPoe?

    how about the other model modem/router issued by globe? unsay performance?

    has anyone tried other after market modem/router like linksys, d-link or netgear?
    any feedback?

    naa man checkbox sa PPPoe nga "automatic reconnect" check daw imo configuration.
