kita ba mo diha'g batan-on lalaki (24 yo) nya ang uyab babae (46 yo)... kung naa man gani --- ma-ihap ra in 1 hand. unusaul ni nga view, you know why? coz age DOES MATTER. we'll daghan diha mga babae ang uyab tiguwang but lahi na nga istorya (money matters na!)

but to some degree of age gap lang, if gamay ra deprensya ok ra--- it wont matter. like what the thread starter was telling. 3-6 yrs is not a huge gap for a relationship, but , 12 and above---> i dont think so.

when ang grl ma in love sa guy and dako ang age gap lahi na pag tan-aw sa tao..
Mostly(not all) judgemental kaau..
they dont know the real story yet they still say na mao gilove sa girl ang guy kay because of some reason like this and like that..
some might have that objective but not bya tanan.

like what happend to me, he's not just 12years older than me but 16 jud...
i am NOT after of what he has man(COMMON View sa tao nag after ra sa digits)….
It so happen na dako lang jud ang gap, but honestly, i really loved him....
And for me our age gap isn’t an obstruction for a blissful relationship….

age does not matter . . . it's the person's maturity level that matters. naa baya 30+ na ang edad pero bata-bataon pa gihapon. naa sad 20's pa lang gani pero mature na ug panghuna-huna

age DOES matter.. she's 8 years older than me, it's tough.. i won't deny that..

the difficult part is in the earlier stages of the relationship.. the reassurance phase, the insecurities, etc.. etc.. dghan kaayo kag dapat i-deal with.. especially if you're the guy, you're expected to have full control of the situation, and the 'understanding' part is the toughest.. once you get past that, nindot pud ug dagan sa inyo relationship coz you're fully aware of each other's personality and feelings already.. so medyo sayon na pag deal ang mga issues ninyo that you once had..

Well I guess coz kaw man ang guy b... the good thing about you is that... mature ka for your age. Although 8 years atong gap pero when it comes to very many aspects I see you as my equal both maturity and views. Dili gyud bata akong tan-aw nimo.

But ya ug buot hunahunaon lisud baya gyud. Pero wala pa man ta nitagam kitang duha. Love conquers all lagi daw.

@damiro: Yes tinuod pud na, valid kaayo na nga truth. I don't think somebody my age would wanna stay in a relationship with a much younger guy if she wants to have kids ba ron kung wala pa, or sees herself settling down in the near future. It might mean life to her but taking away the guy's life pud. I mean he's got a whole new world to go through pa, 21 is very young.

Like my sister said to me, "ah mausab pa nang hunahuna ana niya te" and I didn't say anything coz really deep inside me hasta ako mangambot. But am giving love a chance. Kung magkabuwag mi ni say 2 years, 3 years... that ain't very much life out of me man pud I don't think. Pwede ra gani ko dili ko maminyo usab coz am happy with my kids naman. I think it would have been different kung la pa ko kids. I think lang ha, personally.

So case to case basis gyud ni. Dili gyud ta ka generalize.

@damiro: Ma outdated sa mga younger chikas? Now pila man kaha age imong buot ipasabot anang ma outdated sa mga younger chikas? I know many people who are in their mid 40's magka-hot man hinuon... naa pa gani 50's... Sharon Stone, Demi Moore, the list goes on and on. I know they're celebrities and have all the finances to stay young pero I've seen ordinary women who are fit and look young no matter their age. I beg to disagree gyud.

yup naa jd na dha ang difference.. both of you might have the same maturity level, pero when it comes to priorities in life (like what n`gel stated), it's quite a challenge being able to go through that..
