My favourite book is The Little Lady of the Big House by Jack London. It's my favourite book partly because Jack london is my favourite writer and I like almost all his books. But this novel stands out a little bit from everything he writes. Usually London writes about the harsh North, survival, gold miners, some adventure and so on. But The Little Lady of the Big House is a book about a married couple whose relationship has been shaken up. At first I thought the protagonist of the novel would be Dick Forrest, but it turned out that the main character of the novel writer made his wife - Paola. The book is worth your attention.
