For a leader to become a good one, evaluation is essential. It is important on my part, to care about what they say. To evaluate, re-evaluate, improve, to grow into becoming the person I am tasked to be... progress wisdom and human relations.
Objectively, not to offend my fellow moderators, pero like myself... some have shared quite a few of over-reactions for members who I say have... uncommon personalities and posting styles.

.. this " hatred " is only present to close-minded members. Those members who upon recieving a warning/mute will react violently and feel like they are being oppressed. I myself has reprimanded/warned many members with my signature do this again and register another account. But i always site their offense. I'll be happy to talk about it thru PMs, i've met some who take it diplomatically while others will even curse me. Of course those who curse me will never have to use their present username. But i don't really care if some people hate me for my impulses as long as i'm helping istorya.net clean and civil. By the way, i usually lurk in politics section, there's no room for nonsense LIKE THIS in that section of istorya. If you guys want to be funny and lax, try the Gen Chit Chat.

Hmmm, interesting man diay mo mga Mods. Wa gud ko kabalo naa sab diay mga conflicts dire? basta ako ga enjoy ra ko ug post dili ko mo comment who is the least favourite as i dont think i even know everybody yet. I'll just watch out for myself and enjoy myself you do the hard work i commend you.
