    @ JOYRIDE ...

Indeed RACING is not cheap but we have to acknowledge also that we can build a race car for certain autosports that is as competitive as the " PAMBATO " of the crowd .

Ive seen time attack Civic with only $ 5,000 of upgrades from ground up and came in first .

Ive seen a drifting machine with barely $ 3,000 of upgrades and came in first in a local competition .

Now these 2 examples competed with cars that was built that spent probably thrice more than the value of the car and mind you these cars are priced like in the $ 30 to 50 grand an average .

My only point is MONEY HELPS but is not an ISSUE at all .

    this is a brilliant idea.
But in the real world i dont think this is a way to do it.

champion race car driver = skills + money

pwede remote control car nalang lingaw pa tanawon.

pwede playstation nalang sila mag race

theres already a letter from peterson lim regarding this matter. and it is posted here on another thread. if you read it, its clear that peterson lim has declined. anyway there would still be a 2nd leg of the autocross this march.

My racing insider informed me that in every type of MOTORSPORTS, there is always a cloud of doubt that shrouds the mind of the racer against the organizer. .

Be it sanctioned by PDRF, AAP, DMF, SHAGORACING and etc.

Just like politics the winner gets branded as 'tikasan' and the sore loser as 'ako'y ge tikasan'.

At the end of the day, the race organizer is accused of favoring one team from another. . . just like what happened to Mr. Neil Labrador.

Then the organizer suffers the consequence, whatever that might be.

So fellow racers and enthusiasts, STOP THE BS and lets race based whatever skills that we are born with.

Lets race using whatever ride your mother gave you.

Lets race using the only FAMILY car that you have from working so hard at a call center.

Lets race on what budget your ahia, your suplusan, your KTV-han na pang pamilya ug pang sports pa and your botica sa pasil allocated for you.

Lets race for whatever twisted reason you have in your mind.

Lets race even if your are not into the sport.

    Racing na.
