The Best Talaga: Personal View of Cueshe

I have never been this addicted to a band before since Hoobastank came out with "Crawling in the Dark". Hoobastank has this distinct style in music, the riffs, the lyrics and the tune, all meshed up to bring us what we now call Hoobastank. But why am I saying this? I'm not trying to say that Cueshe is the Philippine's Hoobastank. No. I am trying to say that they are prbably the best underrated, hardworking, good-soul-ed band out here in the philippines. Personally i think that bands with attitude problems would suffer a massive backlash and might cause them to lose some of their persuasion. Cueshe on the other hand doesn't seem to have that problem. They are kind at heart and they rocked my world big time. Their freshman effort "Half Empty Half Full" featured some of the best songs that i have heard in the entirety of my existence. The carrier single "Stay" would probably stand out as the best song of the year. "Sorry" on the other hand has that emotional grip that triggers some of your indepth emotion and makes you reflect on your life. "Ulan", their only tagalog single is a song for those who found love and lost it. "Hump Ahead", one of the best songs in the album tells personal and real stories drastically but in mild mannered but easy to listen to and grasp way. Personally, I loved "24 Hours", for me, an I say this very proudly, I think this is the best song in the album. It was uber-bleak, poignant and very touching. I loved every inch of the album, every centimeter of it, every millimerter of it, ever nanometer of it. They had served as an inspiration to us wanting to have a music career someday.

This is a big slack of slice of Music heaven and i took a bite of it.
