If 20% per annum, it's more than double your money in 5 years. Interest per year will earn interest at 20%/annum.
Example: Capital - 100,000
Interest per annum - 20%
Period - 5 years
Total amount in 5 years - 248,832

yes, I borrowed 5ooT from the bank ( Equitable PCIBANK) JUST FOR THE INVESTMENT. why? you think imy investment cant pay out for my loan?Originally Posted by evangareth
Think it over, bank gave me an interest of 12% annually for my loan and with the 20%interest I receive I still have 8% on my pocket!! And not to mention a week after I invested the 500thousand, I have my 100thousand pesos back( 5th year paid in advance). And with my 100thousand I made it run my other business!! So nahimutang nga 400T lang ako na-invest, di bah coz nakuha man nako in advance ang 20%!! think it over guys, kwarta ato palihukon!! Kun naa mo money dinha sa banks nga wala naglihok...wow.. kalami padaghanon!
Mine, ako gi withdraw, have time deposit sa other banks, pero natulog lang... pm me if you are interested... I can help you with it...maayo nalang makatabang sad ko ninyo. It is about time gyud ...
harrykevin.. how did u get 248,832? anway... its juz simple math.. 100,000 x 20% = 20,000 x 5 years = 100,000 interest..
so u add ur investment of 100k plus the interest of 100k (above) equals 200k.. in effefct doubling your money in 5 years
ic... 12%.. wow! thats great FRITZAL22 .. hanep. u must have lots of collaterals i guess. i went for a consumer loan in HSBC. i was charged 20% also.. (but its clean loan), so no income if il invest it....
@evangareth:Â* I am very interested in this. could you send me an email with the brochure. by the way, asa man ila office? palducente@gmail.com

hahaha dako rasad ang 248, 832 in five years if we are talking about 20%interest... naay diperensya imo calculator..Originally Posted by harrykevin

wow dako sad sa 20% interest saimo loan oi! why dont you shop for banks nga mohatag nimo gamay interest for your loan? even ang 4years nga payment sa loan sa equitable is 39% with collateral of course! kinsa man diay magpaloan dire nga banko without collateral? Not unless mo loan ka without minding of the interest sa ila ihatag anang mga lending company. But you better be prepared with the interest ila ihatag kay without collateral man.Originally Posted by evangareth
