bro i read reviews on this and it doesnt require rebooting unless you want to change your primary sim.

both sims are active and can receive calls and send sms. when you create an sms after inputting the number you want to send to you have to press the button above the volume rocker to select which sim you want to use to send the message. this is how the phone works.

reviews online show that the main Cons of this is the lack of 3G, kinda heavy, and low batt life. the low batt life is mainly becoz you have to networks active all the time so that should explain the battery life.

try to google the manual for this also so you know how to use the phone properly.

actually i own one. yup, it's true. i needs rebooting around 1 min to transfer at if naka-set sa isang sim ang charge sa line 1. pero you can change it to charge sa line 2. if you try to call the 2 numbers at the same time. isa lng ang mag-ring ung isa busy na. in terms sa txt you can receive both. but if you reply the one which is set the primary dun ma-charge. example: line 1 ko sun sim, line 2 ko is globe. if someone txt me on my globe number, when i reply ma-charge cya sa sun ksi un ung primary. you can change the setting to sim management but i'll reboot around 1 min to change the primary. actually, di ko pa na-capitalize ung full potential nya. ksi 1 day old pa lng cya. pero want to try ung mga useful sa akin. so far, quite disappointing pero ok ..ok na din coz, may 3.0 mega pixel with auto-focus cya. ok naman ang design nya. meron din cya tv out. don't know how to use it pa. heheheeheheh...anyway, update ko kung may mga latest development on this unit....

bro neos, when you reply, you have to press the button above the volume rocker. this one lets you select which sim the phone will use to send your message.
