How long does your PC boots up to the desktop screen? (assuming you have a windows OS)

mine takes about 20 secs. nya bag-o lang install ang OS. unya wala pa gyud lain s/w except sa mga driver and software sa BIOS, DVD ROM, ug office 2007

check the programs installed in your comp. Disable sad mga startup items na dili kaayo nimo need to start up on its own. Go to Start->Run. Type msconfig
Choose selective startup. Go to startup tab then uncheck mga programs na familiar sa imo.
