yes not in your prayers or story telling but in your actions its an act of worship like:
kneeling down, asking for help or blessings, by feast, and lighting candle in your altar.

Our Father, Thou art in HEaven....?
If God is Everywhere(OMNIPRESENT) why Christ say that "THOU ART IN HEAVEN"?
kung omnipresent unta kay "THOU ART in EVERYWHERE".
God is in Heaven and He is not everywhere but HE can be everywhere.
