i have tried drinking this vitamin sauna then 3rd shift ko pwerte man pagkadukaa hinuon. i think this is a sedative type of vitamin. whats the use of being sedative if you wont use it to sleep?

actually shifting ang ako schedule at times i moved to the 1st shift. this is my longest graveyard shift for almost 3 months nah coz nahan pud ko graveyard coz of the extra pay (night differential) and child fetching sa day. but then i realized its not healthy for me psychologically and mentally coz 4-5 hours ra ako sleep. also affected ang akong performance sa night work kay magbitay na hinuon akong ulo sa kaduka resulta natulog sa opisina, hehehee.....

sakto jud na bai,,. if u can let someone else fetch ur kid for you, let that person be.. prevention is better than cure.. so mentras wa pka masakit, hatagig importance imu health.. sleep well ..
Have you tried Melatonin supplement? -- it's not vitamin. This is naturally produced by your body that peaks when it gets dark outside -- thus they call this sleep hormone. It's lower during the daytime. Although the melatonin that your body produced doesn't regulate sleep,'cause other factors also play role, Melatonin supplement will induce drowsiness.
So somebody suggested that you make your bedroom darker, this is a very good suggestion. Good luck.
