for me using a cms is a must so that my client can easily update the content and add new page of thier website.
backend ranang CMS wala kahibalo ang customer ana, ang kasayon ra ana kay dali ra pag manipulate ug pag maintain sa website
payter ang CMS , dali ra, hehe

depende na sa client's requirement. CMS is for the client side para easy ra nila pag update sa ilang site.

the best cms.. joomla.. payter kaau.. half of my sites powered by joomla.. samot na ug kamao ka mo design ug code.. nindot kaau ug labas..
ako bugo man ko anang design ug code.. premium templates nalang akong gisaligan lolz..![]()
btw, have you heard about XAML? .. designer or developer nga tool..in one.. advance pa sa dreamweaver..
