[Off topic] PS. Very recently, I had this bad experience with an agent. Last week, I saw an ad in Lamudi for a Metropolis lot 150 sqm. and is reasonably priced. Saturday of last week, me and my wife went to see the property. We were pleased with what we saw and started to prepare the funds set up an escrow account agreement. But just last night, the agent called me up and informed me that the price just went up. Makalagot kaayo! This is very unprofessional and, to tell you the truth, a bit frustrating. Tuga2x ug advertise sa price nya usbon lang dayon when he learned that we were prepared to pay in cash. Anyway, I mentioned this here hoping that the brokers advertising in Istorya will not do the same. Thanks for reading this semi-rant and god bless!
