if you dig deeper on the root cause, you'll be surprised, it's not really much about the "money".................... it's about "purpose" or "meaning" of your job to your company or to yourself...
what you are doing in your daily lives (mostly pamugas og tulog --> ingna kog bakakon) is what defines you... if you don't find meaning or purpose in your work, then you will feel lost...
enough of being poetic, i am almost feeling lost, so mangita na siguro kog lain work ani, hahaha!![]()
I can think of numerous reasons why I am thinking of resigning from my current work. hehe.
in fairness sa akong current company, compben-wise kay i think they have the best in the industry.
but, its not my passion. i dont have the burning desire to work. id rather work a regular 9to5 bisag minimum wage basta lang maka focus ko sa akong kiddo, and spend weekends and holidays with him. especially now that he's 2, i wanna focus on being there for him.
i think change of priorities is one factor too..
bisag unsaon ug chika sa akong mga boss about money, wa jud. the fire has gone out. sige lang SL or VL. klaro na kau's pattern.. hehe
