@drkhero- uhhuh... from experience, kay 1996 pa ko ga chat sa una, and ilis-ilis ko ug ISP, pero karon wala na...dats y paglog-on sa undernet naa'y message na K-Lined or G-Lined...kana ang indicator na nga banned ang ISP na imo gigamit...

possible baya tingali kung dynamic ang IP address sa globe, pwede ka mo adto ug lain cafe and basig makalusot...of course, kung gi ban ang globe gyud, den dili na kalusot

all these are Globe's Concern...... i believe they made changes to their configuration thats screwing up connection to IRC servers.

I'm using globe man... nag install ra kog ident server... same as my email... connect man lagi ko dayon..

But you're not inside a network are you, so you can install identd on your machine.

it might be configuration error on the router level. it doesn't do port-forward on port 113

nka download lagi ka ug software nga identd? or imo lang gi checkan ang ENABLE IDENTD SERVER sa mirc? unsa nga version ang identd server? wala gyud ko ka connect sa undetnet bro..

definition sa g-lined:

A G-line is a global ban on IRC for a specific user. This global ban could be only for a couple hours or permanent depending on the server.

*** i called globelines helpdesk 4 days ago.. they already forwarded this problem daw to undernet...

tried loggin to IRC 2 days ago..just to check.. and i can connect na...

solution.. simply doing nothing..
they banned the globe, so THEY have to do something about it.. not US..

as in wa jud koy problema lagi nag enable ident raman ko then wala na.. mo connect man siya... MIRC v. 6.16 ako gamit... when i first got the notice weeks and weeks ago about having to install ident... so i did..then wala nay hassle.
