the fact that you can still browse youtube using a proxy means your administrator blocked just the youtube URL and not the port used by audio/video streaming.

i tried using proxy but our admin really blocked the port used by audio/video streaming.. though i can still open youtube but the video wont stream..

i was referring to the threadstarters' case, coz he was able to stream audio/video thru a proxy. i replyed without reading any of your posts. anyway, in that case, kulataha na lang jud inyo sysad. =p
