I..., I believe..., I have solved my lag/youtube issues... (via pfsense)

as I have stated before, I have 5mbps download and almost 1mbps upload speed.
I have tested it on running 2 youtube instances (360p quality) on 2 separate computers plus a download test also!
Crossfire PH ping was only less than 50ms~100ms!!!

will test more...

not all people really 'know' how much data is needed for the 'gaymes' you need to run via internet. ^_^, so ayaw nalang kasab-i ^_^
and yes..., 3mb is indeed overkill for less than 10 computers I think.

these online 'gaymes' only require constant data flow.

basta ang aku setup is 6mb allocation then 90% sa social sites and everything else then 10% reserve para sa games

so far wla pay lag sa games and it never will be laggy again! unless sa social sites nga 90% bandwidth kay dali ra mahuro labaw na mgyoutube ang mga hinampac!!

in terms of tube vidz..., you can limit them man sab aron dili musid-ok imo connection.

yesh pwede kau cache oi pila mn ang pina ka daku nga patch size sa dota 2? limit lng guru ku sa 100mb or 50 lng ba cache then padak.an lng nku ang cache size if mu lapas na ang file size sa aku usual na cache size.

@dab each online game ng need lng ung 10kbps/ less then mu spike na sia sa 30kbps during game now kung naa ka 10 ka computers what i will do sa imu 5mb plan which is 80% lng sa 5mb is 4mb pasagdaan ra nku imu 10 ka computers na mgpatay sa 74.5% na bandwidth para sa social sites and downloads the remaining % is sa games na. if mu lag gani gehapon imu OL games kuhaan nimu ang 74.5%. kana sia gebase lng ku na sia sa experience ug observation sa pfsense capabilities sa iya traffic shaping. ganahan ku sa imu mobo na embeded ang processor asa sa cebu mapalit?

problema nku is ang https sites kay ngilngig kau ang porn oi dili ma filter. naay getwag ug diladele kaso nglisod ku sa command line kay error then nihit ang information sa net parte sa command line code sa pfsense then ang location sa mga files na e download kay na usab na dili na mao.
