karon na hayagan gyd ko..ngan0 wala nay Chai-Strat pag ask nko ni boss siopao...

to be clear..kaning duha nindot man ug serbisyo..wala lang cguro mag ka sinabtanay asa gyd ang RMA...naka palit ko sa una sa NAB..tuniq 120 ok man ang transaction..naka palit sad ko sa Strat nga g paagi sa NAB cguro (GPU,PSU ug MEMz)..mao na complete akong system..ok sad ang transaction..wala pa noon ko maka pa suway RMA..pero ok all in all ok ika sabot.

Kodos ninyong duha ka mga Pc supplier.

Chai is working for NAB Computers way back before. I believe Strategic technology is their 3rd party company.

Nahulog bali sir nga Chai is just serving clients for Strategic Technology, but all the items ordered by the clients from Strategic Technology comes from NAB Computers.

Trusted seller naku si Chai sa akong mga IT needs sa company. When she handles an account sa Strategic, adto pud ko kuha.

Karun kung unsa man gani ang nahitabo between Strat, Chai and Jariel, for me it doesn't matter. As long as Chai is still there to support after sales.

@nulbaX wala mn gud ko kahibalo nga si Chai_Strategic adto diay na nimo mokuha ug parts,kato mn gud pagpalit nako sa SSD wala pa gyud ko mahatagi ug resibo kay ang nahitabo nagsabot mi ug petsa nga meet-up sa SM-Cebu wala mn madayon kay ang item naa pa daw sa warehouse (logistic) nya ako giingnan mobalik baya ko sa manila on d other day(gabii) so wala na gyud lain nga panahon,ni text dayon nako si Chai nga naana daw ang SSD and ready for meet-up on d day(morning)....then from warehouse ddto gikuha ang SSD derecho nami kita sa iyaha crew ug ddto nag-abot sa Gaisano-Mactan but wala resibo gihatag nya ang sulti sa iyaha crew nga 'no worry' daw just in case naa probs/defective ang item kay ilisan ra dayon.......

BTW yes it's true karaan ko nnyo nga customer boss nulbax or ma'am Ness...... salig ra gyud ko nnyo,but ako question(s) kng magpa-warranty or RMA ko ninyo inyo ra dawaton?

Bilib kos sa NAB kay after atong na hitabo gi contact jud niya daun ang mga customer para ipahibalo asa ta pa RMA.

Dira ko nila ni palit og Case and RAM. Bisag gamay ra akong na palit ni pm jud daun si chai about anang asa ipa RMA.

KARAAN na kaayo ni ang NAB Computers dri cebu. Mao ni ay ako pinaka first nga PC way back 2008 na buy nako nila. Monthly CASH installment pato.

Nag pa RMA ko ug HDD last march2015, mga 2 weeks ramn. naa pud raba nay gi agad nga process ang pa RMA so sabot rapud ko.
