Merely accepting payments from your clients, will not make the account being suspended. My idea is to help small time guys trying to offer their services to foreign people.

Creating your account to other countries (while you are in the Philippines) will likely to attract Paypals' attention. Second, how will you be able to verify your account if for example your address is in Singapore. I have heard VCC (Virtual credit cards) are sometimes problematic when being used to verify paypal account.

Xoom service is equally good if you are transacting one time project. Although you are safe from the charges and the so-called little difference in exchange rate, but your clients are not. Take note, they are the ones paying the transactions fees.

every week meron brod.... depende lang yan sa sabot ninyo ng client... puwede man din hati kayo.... ano ba naman ang 3usd or 8usd (depending on how u want money sent)?

masakit nga sa bulsa minsan kay meron clients na ibinabawas ang xoom fee sa bayad nila... but i guess that is the evil i have to live with.... kana diay imo portal wala bayad? bilib naman ako sa iyo na magpa-service ka na walang bayad...

I have nothing against xoom, but considering their service I still felt they are inefficient in some parts. For example, I am planning to create a membership site, but xoom doesn't have the facility to create recurring charges, it does not have any affiliation with membership scripts which will enable non intervention on payments.

Simply put, xoom is only applicable for stand alone projects, products and services and of course for those clients with extra booties to pay for their overly charged transactions fees.

you may have heard about philpay

they use to accept paypal payments

but their paypal service has not been restored so xoom has benefited from it....

you have to open a bank account first. singapore or thailand or hong kong.

those countries are able to accept paypal payments.

you can create a business enterprise with address in those country and open a bank account.

once you have the bank account it will be easy to link it with paypal.

i'm doing it now. I hope I get confirmed.

    last time it didn't work.....

Well if you haven't tried paypal at all then theres no point you can distinguish between a 0.21 transaction fee from the shared $3 and $8.

And also, you would not want to make the first impression begging to share the fees. And oh by the way, saan ba countries sikat ang xoom, Philippines? India? The third world countries.
