i know what is icloud i used it before to store scripts and codes, icloud is "online" storage...

Unless you know how to get around disabling iCloud, this isn't idiocy. Both the hacker and Apple will have some explaining to do.

So people using iPhones or iPads are idiots now? Do they have the choice to disable iCloud? Taking nude pictures of yourselves isn't idiocy either. Apple MUST HAVE trust iCloud so much that they didn't want you to disable it.

your the one who said that not me, i just said who uses icloud or any online storage, AFAIK icloud is not a requirement, its an option to use it or not... samething goes to android and google drive... if you put your information/data on the cloud, its public no matter how the service says that its safe and secured.... like i said... nothing is private in the internet!!...

im quite familiar on how icloud works and how it transmits the data... samething goes with outher online storage like google drive and amazone s3 and etc. etc. etc...

Wait you mean iCloud is an option? Can you tell me how I can disable iCloud in a non-techie's POV?

What happen as far as I am concerned, once you turn on iCloud on "mails" then later wants to turn it off, then your mails will all be deleted. Ok I agree that it is idiocy that you let your nude photos in the iCloud.
