    sa karon, Im depressed... di jud ni hormonal imbalance for sure. Kay even the things I like doing doesnt make me smile for now.

    Im just undergoing depression cuz of the loss of my old support group kay naa ko sa new environment....


    depression can be dealt by just creating your own support group... friends and even talking it out with your bf/gf or your bestfriend.

    for me, depression can be cured by doing the things you like doing... maybe whatever you're doing now, basig napul-an naka or you need a new hobby or maybe hormonal imbalance ra na. kay sauna when I haven't learned about my hormonal problems, mura kog mabuang and I had thoughts of suicide... Until the doctor told me what is wrong with me, I had PCOS.... I was taught how to deal with it... by losing weight.... I did it by running. then I found friends and the love of my life. Then Im happy na daun.

    karon lang hinuon nibalik akong depression (which I think is normal) kay nag undergo ko ug crisis which I know will change sooner or later. or I dunno when kay Im the type who dont befriend people easily.
