Guys, FYI..
5 natural supplements to help reduce the acid in your body:
1. Vitamin E- many low purine foods have low values of vitamin E, gout sufferers must supplement their vitamin E on low purine diets.
2. Vitamin C – lowers uric acid levels in addition to its benefits during a gout attack, increasing urinary excretion. The amount consumed must be carefully judged as too much vitamin C can spark off a gout attack changing the acid levels too fast.
3. Vitamin B Complex – required to help the body breakdown uric acid into harmless components flushed out of the system. Gout sufferers are often deficient in vitamin B, helping them to replace this deficiency.
4. Fish Oil – it has natural anti-inflammatory properties that helps during an actual gout attack.
5. Tissue Salts – prevents the actual formation of uric acid crystals and symptoms of gout.

I guess we exactly feel the same.
I knew it when I was 15. In fact, I got depressed for months because I thought it was something else, so my parents decided to bring me to a nearby clinic. I was a fat kid back then and when I told the doctor about the symptoms, he (w/o having 2nd thoughts) decided to check my uric acid. He took my finger and then there was like this big pen (something I wasn't expecting) suddenly pierced my finger and then he took the blood and tested it.
To make the story short, I'm now 18 and I still suffer from mild to severe pains, numbness, muscle twitching and all the weird movements. It's really hard to live like this but I'm becoming used to it. It's really uncomfortable because every time I move, some of my bones pop! It's strange but you'll get used to it. The discomfort it brings will really ruin your mood, and it gets worse if you're not going to discipline yourself. Try to consider having a good diet. In my case, I still eat lintels, chicken, meat, tofu but I'm more on vegetables and fruits! (Beware, some vegetables and fruits are high in uric acid)
