Need help on a Video Editing/Gaming/Multitasking Rig under 20K

Not a graphic editor pero naa koi question. Mas maayo ba kung separate os/scratch disk/data or kung I raid na lang ang 3 ka disk?

mas maayo if RAID 0 sir keropi if ka afford ra ang mu gamit.but tha'ts just for OS | Scratch | Files ( need ug 6HDDs )

even on SSD , RAID 0 is very much of a help on heavy works.


and adobe itself recommend separate HDD for scratch than OS and files.

and by experience, mas maayo gyud than HDD on Partition.

I'm not sure if okay na ba ni siya but so far these are the parts na akong giplan paliton. And also, I want to make sure that these parts are optimized to have the computer run smoothly. If naa moy advice like if may parts that would go better with it or cheaper price/part but same capability then I'd really appreciate it.

PS. When I say Video Editing, Sony Vegas and Adobe Photoshop will be running at the same time with a few browser windows open for research and some music playing na din.

Can someone please give me a good enough rig for everyday use lang? Mainly aset up that can be updated puhon into another video editing tool, but right now and main function lang sa kay for ms word trancriptioning while audio is playing) and one-step pedal is in use. Web surfing and chatting na rin sad. Under 5K? Hahahaha.

5K rig is in ORVIL and VienTechs turf.

@butitoy thanks much sa imong advise boss. Question though, say later in life na nang video editing. Ang need lang jud nako karon kay rig nga for transcription ra (nga pede ma upgrade in the future), while using USB pedal and audio playback, some surfing na sad for research, youtube playback, video playback for watching. Kana lang sa. But I want it to be upgradable to a Video Editing tool in the future kay kapoi change sa platform. I saw a bundle sa Interpace Gaisano like this:

Ah ok. I think ill build a cheap quad 775 rig with 4-500gbs on raid5. Or maybe 4-1tbs. Nagub-an man gud ko ug 2hdds in a span of 6mos. a 1tb and 2tb. Maayo wala pa sila na-totally inaccessible. I think its really that important to have parity when working with big files labi na if its a whole months work. (Ako its a whole years download. Hehehe)
