    most people i know hu suffer from dysmenorrhea r people hu r too lazy to take evn the shortest walk. 1st and 4most, if evr ul have one, never evr take those pain relievers. it wud only much worse damages. 2nd, walk! as far as u cn and as dugay as u cud. kng kpoyan ka, thik of it as a walk around ayala with your crushie. bsag sa iñu haws. libuton na nimo tanan. den drink lots of water or a bottle of beer daw. never tried yet pero k ra daw. and yah, seek for professional help preferably, medical help. mas better esp if uv been suffering from it for over a year. kay ksagaran baug na girls dysmenorrheahun. mnuti nang maagapan...

    i used to take pain relievers for that.. but i stopped coz they said its not advisable to do that.
    i still get the pains monthly... during such days, i just stay home. its too painful that i could not even get myself out of bed to work...

    Before, ka-experience ko. Grabe, I cant stand up jud. I just lie in bed and hug my knees in pain. Well, its not really pain ... di masabtan. Anyways, since I started jogging, la na ko gi-dysmenorrhea.

    consult with your gynecologist...people with fibroids suffer from dysmenorrhea...and also the position of your uterus may have sumthin to do with it...

    i have dysmenorrhea every month pro there are times na grabeh jud ang sakit nah i have to be absent lang sa class kay mura mo collapse jud ko..then naa sad times if i wont lie down immediately kay mosuka ko.. haaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy...... kapoy jud every time i have my period... and no no man sad nako ang midol coz i havent tried using it nya what if naa side effects nako coz karn raman sad ko na dysmenorrhea na college nako... when i was in high school kay wala man... mao ako remedy kay mo lie down lang for an hour or two dpende sa degree sa sakit or matulog nalang ko hoping na when i wake up kay mawala cya

    dysmenorrhea before...grabe every month SL or mag absent (hs and college)...worse is di ko paimnon sa akong mom ug mefenamic acid kay basin daw manganad kow...so mao to hot compress to the max...then tulimbang2x... antos ug 3 days...labad pa kaayo ulo...sapoton jud ko....pero karon okay na coz i got introduced to this product. timing nga naa koy mens ato...2 hours after, i felt relieved for the first time in 10 years ani akong mens...now gina-maintain na ni nako and wala na jud koy dysme..maynalang tawn..

    drink cerveza negra...there was dis article abt dysme n beer. it says nga makawala sya blahblah. basta it was scientifically proven. any beer will do, but cerveza negra is better. ayw lang sad pag hubog pag ayo. nya e elevate inyong legs n apply hot compress. or get pregnant! its true...after ko nanganak, wla nakoy dysme..unlike before nga murag mamatay kos kasakit sa akng pus on.

    no meat 1 week prior to the menstruation (advice from my sis), mas maayo fish, vegetables & fruits, increase the fluid intake pud
