amd970x mobo is order basis
last mi kapalit is around PhP2400
stay with fx6300, deal with power consumption later

unless intel i5 quad will be at 6k range.

negligible ra ang difference in actual gaming application on both PCIe ver 2 & 3... but in paper, double ang bandwidth... kun gusto gyud ka mo function ang PCIe nimo, you'll need to purchase an Ivy Bridge i5 as minimum and a compatible mobo...
dili maka saturate sa PCIe 2 bandwidth ang SLI configuration... even a 4-way SLI set-up... sa akaong duha ka gaming rigs diri on 2-way SLI and 2-way Crossfirex, puro mani sila on PCIe 2 kay ang mga CPUs nila, puro SB micro architectures man...
here's the full write-up... if 1080p lang ang resolution on gaming, "nill to 5 fps" ra siguro ang difference between PCIe 2 & 3... negligible ra kaayo...
